When is Vancouver Mini Maker Faire?
June 10th & 11th, 2017. 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
When can I get tickets?
Tickets are available online until 9:00 p.m. on Friday, June 9th.
What kind of payment do you take at the door?
Cash, debit, VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX.
Is there an ATM on site?
Yep, there are three ATMs – one at the front gate and two inside the Faire itself.
Is there parking?
Pay parking is available at the PNE at Hastings Park and in the community parking lots on the south side of Hastings St. See the Hastings Park Site Map for entrance gates to parking.
How do I get there by transit?
The PNE Forum is accessible by a number of bus routes: #14, 16, 135, and 160 all stop near the corner of Hastings and Renfrew. The #4, 27, 28, 130, and 210 all stop within an easy walking distance to the Forum. The nearest Skytrain Stations are 29th Avenue (Expo Line) and Renfrew (Millenium Line), and the #16 bus services both those stations. Please check the Trankslink Trip Planner for routes and schedules.
Are there bike racks?
Bike parking is available on the south side of the PNE Forum, near the main entrance.
Will there be food at the Faire?
Yes! In addition to the PNE concession, VMMF hosts a number of awesome food carts with a diverse menu selection.
Can we bring our own food?
Absolutely! While we strongly encourage you to support our food vendors, we realize that many people want to bring their own food. We have no restrictions as to our visitors bringing their own food or non-alcoholic beverages.
Speaking of alcohol, is there a beer garden?
No. There is no alcohol for sale at our Faire.
Can I smoke at the Faire?
No, not even in the outside portion. If you wish to smoke you will need to exit the Faire area (make sure you have a hand stamp!) and smoke away from our barriers. Please make sure to properly dispose of your cigarette butts.
Can I bring my dog?
For the safety and comfort of everyone (including your canine family members), only properly identified Service Dogs are allowed.
Is the Faire wheelchair accessible?
Yes! Everything is on one level, with no stairs involved. There will be areas in which you will need to go over cable floor covers, and there are two ramps that lead to the outdoor area of the show. There is a wheelchair accessible washroom.
I’m coming from out of town. What hotels and restaurants are in the area?
The Atrium Inn is directly across the street from our venue. You can also find great hotel deals on Expedia. The neighbourhood’s BIA website has plenty of information about local restaurants and other services. For general tourist info about Vancouver, check out Tourism Vancouver.
