Maples Sugar Shack is a Squamish-based company producing small batch artisan maple syrup products, including maple sugar, maple butter, and much more. Local sap-to-syrup production and all value-added production is done Squamish, as they offer BC bigleaf Maple Syrup (seasonally) and filter and hot pack field syrup sourced directly from Ontario Family Farms.
