Makers Making Change

Makers Making Change

Make Change in your community by using your maker skills!

Did you know that 80% of people with a disability use an assistive device to perform daily tasks? Unfortunately, commercial assistive devices are often marked up 300% which leaves many people unable to get access to devices they desperately need.

You can help address this issue by using your volunteering time and maker skills in programming, design, 3D printing, electronics and building to make a huge impact on the lives of people with disabilities where you live!

Makers Making Change is a program run by The Neil Squire Society, an organization committed to using technology, knowledge, and passion to empower Canadians with disabilities.
