The DSU Makers Club

The DSU Makers Club

The DSU Makers are a small group of makers at Douglas College who are dedicated to providing students access to tools and equipment that would be difficult to obtain on their own. Their members are knitters, sewers, woodworkers, leatherworkers, 3D modellers, costume makers, propmakers, and everything in between. The club gathers students who have a passion for DIY projects and pools their skills to realize projects that would not be do-able individually. Currently, they're working to create an inexpensive in-house clone of the Prusa MK2S with modifications for functionality.
