Fraser Valley Retro-Computing Club

The Fraser Valley (Chilliwack) Retro-Computing Club is dedicated to sharing knowledge about historic computing machines and the technology behind them. Modern computers have become so sophisticated that knowledge of the underlying technology has become inaccessible to many.

The retro-computing movement brings advanced technology to those who are learning, by examining how computers work at the most fundamental level. For some, that is through vintage computer hardware like the Apple II and Commodore 64. For others, it is through retro-technology, which includes software emulation and reimplementation of vintage designs on modern hardware.

The club meets every month for a (loosely) themed exhibition of vintage computers and retro-computers.
