Aaron Warbinek: Building Vader

Teacher by day, designer and maker by night, Aaron has designed some of the most downloaded and 3D printed things in the world! From a 3D Printable Swiss Army Style Keyholder to soldering stations and more, you can find his designs on multiple websites for the world to use.

After a year of work designing, printing, and testing Aaron has completed a fully 3D printable Darth Vader suit. Everything except the clothing and electronics is 3D printed. There are custom electronics designed to fit inside the suit giving it lighting, cooling, sound FX, and a voice changer.
